Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using c2swap.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c2swap (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

c2swap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregation interface. We provide a user interface that allows you to obtain quotes for, and initiate, cryptocurrency swaps executed by vetted third-party exchange providers (“Exchange Partners”). We do not custody, hold, control, or transmit your funds at any point.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

c2swap is a purely non-custodial service. We never take possession of, or have control over, any cryptocurrency you send or receive. All swaps are executed directly between you and our Exchange Partners. You retain full responsibility for providing correct wallet addresses. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency exchange services are prohibited by law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
• Conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data;
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Rates, Fees, and Finality

Exchange rates displayed are indicative and subject to change until a swap is initiated and confirmed by the Exchange Partner. Our quoted rate includes a spread (our fee) which is visible before you confirm. Once a swap is initiated, the transaction is irreversible on the blockchain. We are not responsible for losses arising from market volatility after a swap is initiated.

7. Third-Party Exchange Partners

Swaps are executed by third-party Exchange Partners, each with their own terms, KYC requirements, and policies. By initiating a swap, you agree to the applicable Exchange Partner's terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any Exchange Partner. If a swap cannot be completed, the Exchange Partner will return funds per their refund policy.

8. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You acknowledge that you may lose all value associated with any digital assets. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for complying with applicable tax obligations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, c2swap AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless c2swap and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
